Managing Subscriptions

Proset has three plans: Free, Base, and Pro. Limits reset monthly.

Eligible early adopters may see a 50% promotional price. The checkout screen shows the final price and discount terms before purchase. Prices can vary by billing platform, currency, tax, and store policy.

Base and Pro include all standard conversion types. The Academic Pack can be enabled from Settings -> AI Configuration on eligible paid accounts.

Cloud Sync

Cloud Sync is included with Pro. Base subscribers can add it for a list price of $4.99 per month or $49.90 per year. Enabling Cloud Sync adds capacity for up to 500 additional saved recordings.

Upgrade

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Find the subscription area.
  4. Choose Base or Pro.
  5. Review the price and terms shown by checkout, then complete payment.

Web purchases are managed through Stripe. Android purchases are managed through Google Play when the native store checkout is available. Manage or cancel a subscription through the same platform used to buy it.

Usage After Included Limits

Free accounts stop at the included monthly limit. Paid accounts may be offered extended usage at the rates shown in the app: $0.15 per additional transcription and $0.10 per additional conversion. Availability depends on the account and billing platform.

Proset shows a confirmation when required and applies the account's monthly spending cap. The in-app usage and checkout screens are authoritative for current eligibility and charges.

Drive Backups

Drive Backups require Cloud Sync access and a configured provider.

When available, set them up in Settings -> Integrations & Sync -> Drive Backups.
