Proset is designed for people who find speaking easier than organizing a thought before writing, including users with executive-function, attention, visual, or motor access needs.

Capture comes before organization

The recorder opens in an idle state so the user deliberately starts capture, but the main path stays short: record, finish, review the transcript, and choose one conversion. Organization can happen after the idea is safe.

Final outputs reduce repeated decisions

Treating artifacts as final keeps one conversion from changing underneath the user. A different result is a deliberate new run, not a hidden rewrite. This reduces ambiguity about which version was reviewed or shared.

Preferences support different access patterns

Text scaling, device-level reduced motion, localized labels, and screen-reader semantics adapt the same workflow without creating a separate simplified app. Clear status messages and recoverable recordings reduce the cost of interruption.

Accessibility is a continuing Proset constraint, not a guarantee that every third-party screen or transcription result works equally for every person. Specific reports should include the device, assistive technology, screen, and observed behavior.
