Create an artifact

Create an artifact when your source is ready to become a summary, email, plan, or another output.

Choose the source

  • To use a recording, open it and review the text under Transcript.
  • To start with typed text, open Recordings, select Type to Convert, and enter at least 100 characters. Manually typed text supports up to 10,000 characters.
  • To use an imported file, import the file and open its text source.

When the screen offers custom context or file attachments, add any material that should be considered with the main source.

Run the conversion

  1. Review and correct the source text.
  2. On a recording detail, select the Proset logo above the transcript. Its accessible label is Convert Transcript.
  3. Turn Ask clarifying questions on if you want Proset to ask for missing context, or leave it off for a direct conversion.
  4. Choose a conversion type.
  5. Answer any clarifying questions that appear.
  6. Wait on the Conversions tab until the artifact opens.

Create a different result

Return to the source and change the transcript, typed text, custom context, attachments, prompt, or AI settings. Then run a new conversion.

See Conversion types for availability and output choices, and Why artifacts are final for the underlying model.
