Delete data or your account

Deletion is permanent. Review Data-deletion effects before deleting an account.

Delete a recording

1. Sign in and open the recording.
2. Select the trash icon.
3. Confirm deletion.
4. If you also saved separate files from its conversions, delete those from Files.

Delete a saved file

1. Open Files.
2. Open the file's action menu.
3. Select Delete and confirm.

Delete the account

1. If the account has a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play first; deleting the Proset profile does not cancel it.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Enter the current password.
4. Review the permanent-deletion warning.
5. Confirm deletion.

Active web subscriptions billed by Stripe are cancelled by Proset before the profile is deleted. Delete existing external backup files directly from the connected provider if you no longer want them.
