Troubleshoot conversion problems

A conversion cannot start

Check each condition:

1. The transcript or typed source is not empty.
2. A typed entry contains at least 100 characters and no more than 10,000 manually typed characters.
3. The account has an available token balance.
4. The conversion type is included in the plan.
5. Any required clarification has been answered or skipped.

A conversion fails after starting

1. Keep the source open and confirm the connection.
2. Retry only after the displayed failure has stopped processing.
3. For a Thought Thread, open Run history and use the resume or retry action that matches its state.

You need a different result

Do not edit the completed artifact as though Proset will keep transforming it. Change the transcript, typed text, custom context, attachments, prompt, or AI settings and run a new conversion.
