Troubleshoot transcription problems
Processing does not finish
- Keep the recording saved.
- Check the internet connection.
- Leave and reopen the recording detail.
- If Retry Transcription appears, select it once and wait for the result.
Proset may attempt one immediate recovery when a retryable failed recording is reopened. It does not run the older four-retry loop described by previous documentation.
Proset reports no speech
This result is not retryable. Make a new recording, move closer to the microphone, reduce background noise, and confirm that the audio meter moves.
Proset reports a limit or spending cap
Do not repeat the request. Review Plans, prices, and limits and wait for the reset or change the eligible account usage.
The transcript contains mistakes
Review names, dates, numbers, technical terms, and overlapping speech before creating an artifact. Edit the transcript when correction is available.
