Account deletion
Account deletion attempts to remove the Proset authentication identity, recordings, uploaded audio, transcripts, conversions, saved files, folders, usage records, configured integrations, AI customization data, and Thread-owned records. The operation cannot be undone.
Billing boundaries
- Proset cancels active Stripe web subscriptions before deleting the profile.
- A Google Play subscription is managed by Google and is not cancelled by deleting the Proset profile.
- Stripe, Google Play, and other payment providers retain subscription or transaction records under their own legal and retention requirements.
External processing and backups
- Files already copied to a connected Drive or backup provider remain until deleted at that provider.
- Audio and text sent for transcription, conversion, or research are processed by the providers configured at the time and are subject to the applicable privacy terms.
- Limited backups, security records, or processor copies can expire on their own documented schedules.
